The success of the Iowa Wild Wings program relies on the support of our families. To keep costs manageable and provide the best experience for our players, each family is required to volunteer for at least one role per tournament. This ensures that all operational aspects of our team run smoothly.

Confirm tournament formats and rule variations with tournament officials.
Organize and prepare a healthy snack cooler for the team.
Include items such as fruit, energy bars, sports drinks, and water.
Ensure snacks are accessible between games.
Ideally, team will have a snack budget.
Take action and candid photos during games and tournament weekends.
Upload and share pictures with the team for social media, sponsorship materials for the future
Set up and manage the live stream of games for families and fans who cannot attend in person.
Coordinate with team management to ensure any sponsorship logos are used.
YouTube Channel access will need to be granted prior to tournament weekend.
Create graphics and posts to share team updates, tournament highlights, and player spotlights.
Work with the Photo MVP to ensure engaging content is shared on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Arrange team meals or meeting room reservations at tournaments.
Coordinate with families to confirm attendance and logistics.
Secure hotel block information and ensure families are aware of any stay-to-play requirements.
Communicate lodging details, check-in instructions, and any special rates available.
